Singapore, Singapore, Business Function Group Strategic Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing and research to differentiate – and elevate – our brand from the rest of the competition. Responsibilities Produce, publish and optimise shareable and resonating social media content in collaboration with a team of content strategists, video and graphics producers, as well as performance marketing managers Identify and take part in trending conversations around key topics on finance, sustainability and entrepreneurship Build brand followership and increase brand awareness for DBS’ brand initiatives and its various content formats and webseries (incl. Sparks, podcast, vlog, sustainable lifestyle web portal) Monitor social media performance metrics as well as social listening for editorial and content production improvement recommendations and daily optimisation Collaborate with the digital experience team to streamline data capturing and reporting Execute social media ad buys (e.g. through Facebook Ads Manger) to conduct performance experiments that help improve share-of-voice and engagements across all social media channels Support internal and external KOL activations Educate and inform internal stakeholders about the importance and effectiveness of social media Requirements Diploma / Degree qualifications from polytechnics/ communications & media/ advertising/marketing institutes. Candidates with education background in finance a plus. Between 5 to 8 years of work experience as social media manager and/or online community manager Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Past journalism/editorial experience an advantage Demonstrate experience in having grown a brand’s social media presence successfully” Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and all major social media platform performance metrics Knowledge of digital marketing campaign strategy and performance marketing processes. Able to execute small social media ad buys independently. Clear, concise, and impactful communication skills, with engaging and resonating copywriting that makes social media users stop scrolling.
