This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of experience in Test Automation Engineering
* Strong capacity for logical thinking with the ability to understand complex applications
* Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
* Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
* Passionate about building an innovative culture
* Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages including Java
* Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
* Knowledge of Java Object Oriented Programming (OOP) language in designing test Automation frameworks
* Knowledge and experience in building complex database queries like SQL, DB2
* Creating test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java
* Competent in working with software version control systems like Git and Bitbucket
* Knowledge and experience in Jenkins CI-CD pipeline
* Have ability to work effectively with teams/people having different skill sets, personalities, work styles, or motivation level
* Other Technologies include: API Testing, JIRA or other similar tools for Test case, Defect Management, MS Office Suite, SQL,ALM
