GBR Recruitment Ltd, are working on behalf of a leading beauty products business, recruiting for an experienced professional Project Coordinator to successfully & effectively lead the European Sales Events planning team ensuring all Sales Events, Trade Events & Exhibitions. You will be an experienced Project Coordinator / Planner who can successfully execute 100’s of European wide sales events of various sizes & statures , within this highly successful cosmetics business, playing a key role in the business expansion strategy working closely with the wider operational teams. The client is open to Project Coordinator applicants with Events experience as well as those without experience. The client offers hybrid working with this role (office 2-3 days / home 2-3 days) International Events travel. Project Coordinator Duties: Project Leader for a small team of Event Coordinators to deliver Events support & management. Planning all of the European sales events in line with the company strategy & agreed budgets. Liaise with Market Development Managers planning for their specific events within their Sales regions. Coordinating / planning the Events Calendar. A key player in all communication, planning, & execution of 100’s of European tour events. Coach, mentor & develop the Events Coordinators to be the best they can be, focused on Quality. Working closely with the Sales Advocates to plan / execute corporate sponsored events. Planning Convention,Team Building Retreats, Tours, Sourcing Trips, Expos & Corporate Meetings. Lead & coordinate the companies representatives from various departments, at the on-site events. Managing the Events teams to set up & execute events from 50 – 10,000 attendees, across 29 countries. Researching & reviewing events venues for potential exhibitions & for any other business requirements. Project management responsibility inc. venue booking, speaker liaison, travel & delegate management. Regular communication with Events Managers, to obtain participants feedback to drive CI / Quality. Coordination of logistics for all Events materials (3PL), with internal & external communication. Coordinate shipping & Event materials / props pick up details (once they arrive in Europe). Events Role Experience: Strong Project Coordinator, Project Management or Business Support experience in Events or not. Similar experience in cosmetics, fragrances, beauty products, health products, well-being lines is ideal. Professional communication skills (in English & maybe another language, other language not essential). Strong diary management & strong planning skills. European Travel experience would be useful (not a must have).
