We’re delighted to be partnering Ward Consulting in their growth as a company. They are currently looking for a new Part Time HR Advisor to join their friendly team. The role will consist of circa 15 – 25 hours per week across 4 days. Main duties will include: Supporting clients with HR advice both remote and on site HR administrative tasks to support the team Recruitment – sourcing both directly and indirectly and managing the process Administration of new starters Benefits – supplier procurement and ongoing administration and management Creating handbooks and policies for clients Social media and website management for the company Networking and introductions to new clients The successful candidate will have: HR experience Good communication skills IT proficiency The ability to build relationships CIPD qualification would be desirable but not essential If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Chris ASAP or apply via this advert!
