A Business Support Administrator is required by a leading global manufacturing company based in Luton. This is a varied and vital role, providing administrative support and co-ordination to the business. A salary of up to 30,000 plus excellent benefits is on offer.  ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Provision of administrative support as required to various functions within the business. Co-ordination/completion of necessary documents and equipment for overseas field service work undertaken, including post visit reports. Direct liaison with clients to arrange site attendances and maximise potential business from each site. Provision of output forecasts by site for period end reports. Organisation and maintenance of required training/medical checks to support overseas field work and management of associated records. Verification of data relating to sales orders to ensure all details are correct. Creation of despatch paperwork and co-ordination of carriers/internal resources to support export and import shipments. Liaison with customers regarding shipments including provision of relevant documentation.  ROLE REQUIREMENTS Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience working in a technical administration environment Knowledge of commercial terms incorporated within contracts/customer purchase orders. Sound knowledge of import/export process and associated documentation. Experience/knowledge of Spire Export Licensing system and Rules of Origin, including non-preference and preference.
