Description The key responsibilities of the Temp to Perm Accounts Assistant Clerk: Manages accounting entries, processes documents, payments and recording financial transactions both accounts receivable & payable and reconciliations Assists third party accounting service providers by providing information on time for any tax purposes Assists in working with overseas advisors in the preparation of statutory financial statements, taxes, returns and any ad hoc requests Supports the quality and timeliness of Internal procedures with general ledger reporting Ensures the month end timetable is adhered to and all daily / weekly / monthly tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner Profile The successful Temp to Perm Accounts Assistant Clerk: Available at short notice Willing to work in a fast paced environment Previous finance experience Excel proficient Job Offer The successful Temp to Perm Accounts Assistant Clerk will be offered: Competitive pay Exposure to pharmaceuticals industry Free on site parking Hybrid/flexible working Great team culture Borehamwood location
