The CIB Data Engineering & Architecture team delivers products and platforms to solve CIB’s most complex data challenges.
The platforms we deliver support the entire data workflow:
– catalog, search and discovery
– integration, access and entitlements
– governance, lineage and quality

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic leader to design and build our next-gen Data Catalog platform. The right individual will:
– be self-motivated with an ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
– have knowledge of data and information architecture
– have worked with 12-factor application design and development
– have full stack engineering experience
– have expertise with React and related HTML5 toolkits
– have had exposure to data catalog, data discovery and data governance challenges
– have a demonstrated interest in emerging technology trends and products to solve the most complex data challenges

Experience in the following is desirable:
– on-prem and cloud-native architectures
– financial services experience and an understanding of financial datasets and data analytics
