The candidate will ideally have 4-8 years of experience with Java hands-on coding capabilities.
The role will require proficiency in all aspects of software development including:
Experience of working on AGILE and waterfall models of development
Involvement in planning, refinement, estimation of stories / JIRAs
Design and development responsibilities for the work / module assigned
Involvement in design reviews, code reviews, unit test implementation, code fixes, etc.
Responsible for end to end delivery of the modules / sub-projects adding to overall business requirements
Responsible for production support of the applications being worked upon by the team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills.
Team player, with ability to take direction in a professional manner
Demonstrate Continual Improvement in terms of Individual Performance
DBMS concepts / SQL queries
Messaging framework like MQ
Caching frameworks like GemFire
