DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle. Build and test multiple customer processing job control languages for new/existing customers. Document, design, peer review, test, and implement mainframe solutions to banking industry business requirements using agile methodology. Analyze current processes, identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, and provide technical solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, Application/Software Developer, IT Consultant, Software Engineer, or related role.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following skills and technologies: COBOL; NATURAL; VSAM; JCL; z/OS Mainframe; TSO; DB2; ADABAS; MQ series; NDM; LU6.2; Endevor; Changeman; CA products; Excel; PowerPoint; and financial formats including ANSI X12(EDI), IDOC, EDIFACT, and ISO 20022.
