What you’ll be doing… Develop, design, modify, optimize and debug the Call of Duty engine, tools and infrastructure Communicate features and collaborate with engineering, design and art teams Participate in the design, performance and code review process Contribute to design and roadmap of industry-leading AAA games To succeed you must have… Demonstrated proficiency in and knowledge of C/C++, data structures, algorithms, performance, and multi-threaded programming techniques Detailed knowledge of software design practices including modular architecture, event-driven architecture, software design patterns and object-oriented design Ability to quickly understand and work with internal and externally developed code Experience with computer game technologies including: AI programming, physics, 3D programming, animation, collision detection Solid understanding of 3D Math Proven ability to write clean, readable, portable, reliable, and optimized code Good communicator that enjoys collaboration with other programmers, artists and designers Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math related field 3+ years of professional software development experience We’d love it if you also have… Master’s degree in a computer science or related field Experience working with Computer Graphics and/or other game-related technologies High Moon Studios Founded in 2002, High Moon Studios is an award-winning studio developing for the Call of Duty® franchise, with past development on over 15 titles including Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, Bungie’s Destiny 2: Forsaken, and Transformers: Fall of Cybertron.
