EA Recruitment has been instructed to recruit a Sales Negotiator for our client, a leading estate agency brand with offices across London to join their busy office based in Clapham. The ideal candidate will have natural negotiation skills and have the ability to communicate with clients from the mid to high end markets. The earning potential is 45k OTE and the company offers you the opportunity take your career up to the next level. The role: Sales Negotiator Deal with potential buyers identifying their needs and arrange appointments Negotiating offers and agreeing sales Keeping vendors updated on feedback from viewings and latest market conditions Sales Progression through to completion Dealing with enquiries from property portals, advertisements and incoming calls Representing the company and offering a high level of customer service Working to monthly sales targets The Requirements: Open to a trainee or a Sales Negotiator with minimal experience A thorough understanding of the sales process (experienced in sales progression) Strong and proven track record in achieving targets and sales figures Articulate, well presented and sharp Highly customer service focused Experience of working within a reputable estate agency The Benefits: 45k OTE 15k – 20K Basic Salary (negotiable depending on experience) 10% commission up to 250k then on 20% 6k performance bonus Company contributions towards NAEA exams 250 per month car allowance Period between Christmas and New Year off Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08.45 – 18.00, Fridays 08.45 – 17.00, Saturdays 09.30 – 16.00 To apply for this role please send your CV or alternatively contact the team at EA Recruitment to discuss your specific requirements within the estate agency and property sector.
