As a key member of the Head Office team, this is an office-based role, reporting to Head of Quality, Audit & Certification. The Role To accommodate global growth, our client is developing a focused team dedicated to servicing growing stakeholders. An exciting role based at the head office in Ashford, UK has been identified. Reporting to the Head of Quality, Audit and Certification, you shall: Support the Head of Quality, Audit & Certification Services on meeting Members’ requirements, monitoring Member satisfaction and developing/maintaining a member-focused culture within the organisation Act as quality representative Continue working towards success in ISO9001 & ISO17024 certification Ensure set objectives are achieved Monitor and drive completion of quality and related actions Involvement in quality nonconformities resolution Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of tasks and projects Perform internal audits and involvement in other 3rd party related audits Prepare data for Quality Management reviews and follow up of improvement actions Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and as part of a team Ability to communicate and develop professional relationships at all levels within and outside the association A proven ability to deliver presentations and practical training in an engaging and professional manner Able to develop and produce clear, concise technical health & safety reports Be flexible in their approach to working hours Be assertive, confident, ability to influence and motivate Be organised, articulate, and have a high level of literacy and numeracy Be versatile and take a lead with organisational events as necessary Hold a current full car driving license and a current passport. Qualifications & Experience Essential Strong MS Office skills Demonstrable experience of similar role Demonstrable experience in quality management systems Knowledge of risk assessment methods Knowledge and experience of internal/3rd party audit methods Experience of managing quality issues across a multi-site organisation Demonstrable experience in resolution of customer complaints and CAP Demonstrable experience in implementation of Document Control Ability to write and review documentation Demonstrable presentation skills Experience in monitoring and improvement of quality related metrics. Desirable Undergraduate or degree in any related subject Risk management strategic formulation A knowledge of statistics with good numeracy Experience of ISO9001 & ISO17024 Experience in the implementation or use of Q Pulse Upon successful completion of a three-month probationary period the successful applicant shall receive: 20 days holiday entitlement per annum (pro-rata), including public holidays with annual loyalty increments up to an additional five days Pension scheme Gym membership Healthcare.
