An excellent education provider is looking to recruit a talented programme Lead for a growing Maths & English department. A new and exciting opportunity has opened for a programme lead in a growing Maths and English department in a further education college. At the moment we are looking for a passionate and motivated lecturer/teacher who is looking to make the move to the next stage in their career. If you have previously Lectured at either GCSE level or above for either Maths or English you will qualify for this role. This is an opportunity to Join a close team with great training programmes and a chance to gain leadership and management qualifications as the college looks to train a lecturer to be a successful Programme leader. Job specs Full time Permanent 30,000.00 – 36,000.00 Will provide coaching and access to leadership & management courses. 37 hours per week with a 60/40 split between teaching (60%) and leadership (40%) Person spec No previous management experience is required. Experience teaching either Maths OR English at GCSE level or higher. Have a relevant degree.
