Planning Director – Infrastructure

Planning Director London Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting one of the UKs leading companies providing major outdoor media infrastructure, who are currently looking to appoint a UK Head of Planning. The current London team is made up of 20 specialists across planning, development, strategic partnership and more, and the company has over 100 employees across several office throughout the UK, Ireland, and Europe! In this role the successful candidate will manage and lead on all UK planning matters and will assist with the growth of the business through the digitization of existing assesses and acquisition of new assets. Key stakeholders will include the Legal Team, Estates Team, and Development team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the private sector, although candidates with a public sector background will also be considered. The ideal person for this position will be coming from Associate/Associate Director level and looking for an opportunity with the scope to quickly progress within the company. We are seeking enquiries from candidate with excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, collaborative working, and work standards. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication, professionalism, and adaptability.
