Part Time Finance Assistant, 20K pro rata, 20-hour week, Harrogate Are you looking for a part time role? Do you have a strong accounts background? Due to growth our client is looking for someone with previous experience to assist the Finance Manager. This is an office-based role working in a small team providing effective administration of all aspects of financial transactions in line with business objectives, organizational values, targets and standards. Skills required : • Varied accounts background covering all aspects of financial processes • Credit Control and purchase ordering • Good knowledge of excel • Sage 50 Key Duties: • To liaise regularly with the Finance Controller to ensure all aspects of the financial requirements are met • Processing of purchase ledger from purchase order to payment • All aspects of sales ledger including date cleansing • Managing petty cash and credit card transactions • Manage income streams from various banking functions • Involvement with credit control • Supporting the insurance reconciliation process In return you will be offered: • 20 hour working week • 23 days holiday plus 2 extra over Christmas and bank holidays • Parking on site • Small friendly working environment
