Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Outreach Marketing Coordinator to oversee the coordination of marketing efforts and strategy at the site level. Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include: Determine local market and submarket outreach opportunities Demonstrate proactive initiative on a day to day basis Analyze and interpret demographic reports and proactively identify employers to target Provide reporting and follow up, gather business cards for contact sheet Brainstorm and guide ideas to enrich and augment the outreach initiatives Understand and implement procedures as necessary to be effective and targeted in outreach efforts Assemble rack cards, gifts, donuts, breakfast foods, etc., for outreach with approval of the RPM, & BM Work with the onsite team to track and report outreach results Communicate progress to the RPM & BM through daily updates & Outreach Contact Report Create a positive and motivating environment for the leasing team Assign tasks/transition to a leasing team member with proper communication & approvals from the appropriate VP, Regional Property Manager, or Business Manager When appropriate, transition outreach to the leasing team & provide the necessary resources and support, including direct and immediate feedback Effectively mentor and coach leasing team members and oversee outreach training as needed or appropriate to transition outreach efforts once established on a go forward basis Provide direction with clear and necessary instruction Implement solutions and troubleshooting to objections encountered when conducting outreach Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times Communicate any issues with the Business Manager, RPM, and VP Work with all employees to foster a positive work culture that embodies the Willow Bridge team spirit as well as the Willow Bridge Core Values Other special projects as needed Qualifications Related leasing experience in residential property management High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelorâ™s degree is preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to cold call and establish rapport Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player Must be able to execute a specific, comprehensive outreach plan for each property Must be able to analyze and study demographics for each property Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with the staff, clients (if asked), business leaders, and professionals Must have an adequate understanding of current property management and/or marketing software including Yardi Must be flexible with hours/days and locations; travel may be required Must be professionally attired Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Must have a current, valid driverâ™s license.
