Job Description ROLE TITLE OOH Client Manager DISCIPLINE Client Account Leadership ROLE PURPOSE The purpose of the role is to support the Client Director in planning and account handling, manage the Client Executive and monitor their workload, as well as help develop their skill sets. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs Executes these solutions through the communications planning process Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working, with input from Client Director Leads smaller client accounts with advisory support from Client Director Qualifications Strong planning experience, with a good overall knowledge of Zenith products and services. Displays professional conduct through written and verbal communication. Responsible for the management of client accounts and relationships, with assistance from the Client Executive(s) and support of the Client Director, who will ultimately be accountable for all team outputs. Responsible for the deliverables of the Client Executive(s) in a day-to-day capacity, with support and guidance of the Client Director. Consistent approach to delivering results and excellent service across all clients, making full use of the resources available and managing delegation both internally and externally.
