We are an independent firm of chartered accountants, looking to appoint an Office Administrator/ Personal Assistant to oversee our daily office operations to include managing and providing a high level of customer service to clients, arranging meetings, communicating with other team members, and completing various multi-level tasks. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of an Office Administrator/ Personal Assistant include, but are not limited to: Provide a high quality, professional and friendly reception service to all clients. An efficient, courteous, and professional approach to all telephone callers and transfer calls to relevant personnel in a timely and accurate manner. Record and convey accurately, incoming, or outgoing telephone and email messages. Manage and monitor emails, responding to queries via email and telephone. Assisting in the setting up of appointments. Preparation of Microsoft Word and Excel documents. Overseeing compliance with quality assurance and General Data Protection Regulations. Early finish on a Friday. The Person The key skills and qualities of an Office Administrator / Personal Assistant are: 12 months experience in an office-based role. Experience in working with a range of internal and external customers. 5 GCSE’s grade A- C including Maths and English. A highly professional and reliable attitude. A capability to complete paperwork and maintain our high standards. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information. Can perform duties unassisted, under pressure and to strict deadlines. Excellent communication, both written and oral. Flexible approach to your work and a “can do” attitude.
