What you will do: The Marketing Technology Communications and Training lead is responsible for developing and executing the communications and training plans associated with technology deployments to the sales and marketing functions. Plays a key role in the technology deployment team and is responsible for the change management associated with technology adoption. You will be responsible for leading cross functional team on the deployment, training, and communication for new technologies and technology upgrades You will lead the development of all required training materials and documentations and ensure training materials are maintained on all appropriate communication channels You will manage business process for gathering feedback and incorporating feedback into training evolution You will provide one off trainings for individuals or groups that require additional support You will develop effective relationships with business leaders, product teams, field marketing teams, field sales representatives, marketing operations, and experiential marketing to execute required technology trainings You will develop persuasive, benefit-driven messaging You will explain the importance of targeting presentations to the audience What you need: Bachelor’s degree in related field. Degree in teaching would be nice to have but not needed 4+ years of work experience Understands the various reasons (variables) of why customers buy the product or service Cites examples of effective and ineffective communications Sound understanding of presentation tools and techniques.
