Reston, Virginia, ABOUT FS-ISAC The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), is a 501(c)(6), not-for-profit entity, the only global cyber intelligence sharing community solely focused on financial services. Serving financial sector firms and in turn their customers, the organization leverages its intelligence platform, resiliency resources and a trusted peer-to-peer network of experts to anticipate, mitigate and respond to cyber threats. FS-ISAC is headquartered in the US, with offices in London, Singapore and The Hague. POSITION SUMMARY As the Marketing Program Manager, you will be a critical player managing end-to-end campaign execution for member  accounts, increasing engagement through product offerings including events, exercises, and communities, as well as marketing campaigns to prospects and potential event sponsors. You excel at cross-team coordination and will be responsible for planning, creating content and executing these campaigns to meet the needs of teams across the organization. Ideally, you have experience working in Salesforce and HubSpot. This is a new position, is part of, and reports into business development. RESPONSIBILITES Strategic Components Define campaign goals, tactical elements and timelines collaborating with internal stakeholders. Create compelling content/copy with strong call-to-action drivers. Execute on plan and monitor campaign workflows and success metrics. Operation Components Develop production calendar(s) to ensure coordination of campaigns across membership and business development. Collaborate with internal member-facing management and product teams on content/copy for consistency of message. Coordinate with worldwide business development team to develop campaign, identify execution strategy. Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot and potential other third-party platforms to execute and measure campaigns. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is seated in Reston, Virginia headquarters and is a hybrid office/remote position. Only candidates in the Washington, DC or suburbs that are willing to commute to Reston at minimum two days per week are considered. Requires remote location to be in-home (vs. public location, public Wi-Fi). QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in related field. 2-4 years in marketing or closely related field. Demonstrated business marketing writing skills. Working technical skills with Microsoft 365; Salesforce; HubSpot a plus. Strong people skills, enjoys collaborating with people and contributing to company goals. Initiative-taker with attention to accuracy and quality in time-driven environment.
