Dallas, Texas, The Marketing Manager – Value Based Care evaluates organizational goals and priorities along with opportunities in the marketplace to develop marketing strategies, community relations  and internal communications. Provides guidance and coordination of marketing efforts, monitors results and initiates best practice for areas of responsibility. Coordinates strategies for best results from team efforts.   In addition, the Manager of Marketing and Public Relations has the following responsibilities:   ·         Provides input to and serves as a resource to the director related to  branding; community relations and other value based strategies. ·         Assist the director in developing short term and long-term marketing strategies to meet the business objectives of the organization. ·         Develops, coordinates and implements specific local branding and community relations strategies. ·         Evaluates results of direct mail campaigns initiated by the department to recommend adjustments to improve results. ·         Participates in administrative and physician meetings, director meetings and other meetings as needed. ·         Creates, monitors and maintains community relations budget.  ·         Provide local response and support for news media relations activities working with BSWH news media team. ·         Ensures the mission, vision and values of BSWH are incorporated into all activities.   The ideal candidate will have a passion for the community and a presence that will foster building a diverse group/program.   §   Specialty/Department/Practice –Quality Alliance §   Shift/Schedule – Full Time (40 hours/week) Typical Monday – Friday Day Shift  §   Benefits – Our competitive benefits package includes*: ü   Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits ü   401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% ü   Tuition Reimbursement ü   PTO accrual beginning Day 1 * Note: Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or level.   QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION – Bachelor’s Degree; Communications – EXPERIENCE – A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience required – Value based care environment healthcare marketing experience preferred – Manage marketing communication activities, including the creation and modification of promotional and educational material for new product or contracts and overall brand positioning experience preferred
