London, United Kingdom, Job description A global B2C and B2B brokerage firm is seeking a marketing, communications and campaigns manager to lead their campaigns for marketing, social media, digital engagement brand and external communications. This includes the development and implementation of strategies based on branding, communications and messaging ensuring significant growth in awareness, engagement and participation. What you will be doing: Manage the brokerage brand, communicating our services, news and events using emails & social media platforms, updating and optimising website content. Developing, managing and delivering the marketing and communications strategy. Manage the Brokerage digital strategy including the newly launched website and engaging social media strategy, ensuring content across all platforms is relevant and compelling to our key audiences. Analyse competitors positioning strategy and initiate and coordinate the creation of all marketing assets such as offline, online and sponsorships. Manage the agreed budget and evaluate the effectiveness of all activities. Liaise closely with the wider team on the launch of new products and services including digital promotion and events. Analyse campaign performance and report to senior executives and stakeholders Manage CRM, create automated procedures and optimised existing setup Work with the Partnerships team with communications, ensuring partners and the brokerage maximise the benefits of our services. Play an active role in the planning and delivery of the brokerage’s strategic objectives and participate in events and activities. What you need to know: Experience being responsible for marketing and communications in a brokerage firm offering FX, CFDs, Cash Equities and futures products. Excellent creative skills and experience in developing and running successful creative campaigns. Self-starter and critical thinker with an ability to prioritise, work under pressure and deliver against set targets to agreed deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills operating at a mid/senior level. Experienced in developing strong working relationships with design and media agencies. ??
