Franklin, Tennessee, As the Marketing Manager at PowerNation Studios, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence across social media platforms, ensuring that content aligns with the brand’s objectives and client goals. You will be responsible for curating and scheduling engaging content, managing blog posts, and fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and our audience.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee all content across social media platforms, ensuring that it is engaging, consistent with the brand’s voice, and meets the goals of PowerNation Studios (all PowerNation Studio Brands) and its clients.
Develop and manage a weekly content calendar, coordinating with internal teams to ensure that all content is published on time and aligns with overall marketing strategies, content includes social posts, YouTube content, and email marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that client goals are met through effective content strategies and timely posting on social platforms.
Write, edit, and manage the company blog, creating compelling content that drives traffic, engages the audience, and supports SEO strategies.
Work with builders to craft and manage their social media content, ensuring it aligns with both the builder’s brand and PowerNation Studios’ brand messaging.
Monitor and respond to viewer emails and phone inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our audience.
Analyze social media performance and blog metrics to identify trends, optimize content, and report on the success of various initiatives.
Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to ensure that PowerNation Studios remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3 – 5 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, ideally within a brand-focused or content-driven industry.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and emerging trends in digital marketing.
A team player who can effectively collaborate with sales teams, builders, and other departments to achieve shared goals.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage a content calendar, and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to audience engagement, with a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with viewers and clients.
Ability to analyze metrics and data to measure content performance and inform future strategies.
An understanding and appreciation of the PowerNation Studios brand and audience is a plus.
