San Jose, California, Marketing Automation Campaign Architect Deloitte’s Customer and Marketing (C&M) organization is seeking a highly effective, multi-skilled Marketing automation campaign architect. This person will work with our C&M offerings to design, optimize and implement marketing automation campaigns using Oracle Eloqua and other marketing technology platforms to drive engagement and improve lead generation and nurture. Work you’ll do Lead discovery, shape content, creative, and technical design of marketing automation, lead generation and nurture campaigns to be implemented in Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce and with other MarTech systems, to effectively track engagement with marketing automation campaigns Create and implement marketing automation, lead nurture, lead generation campaigns to improve engagement for the C&M target audience Analyze and optimize demand generation programs, enhance nurture channels, and improve lead scoring models and recommendation models for demand funnel framework Work cross-functionally to help manage our email marketing projects with multiple internal/external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns Recommend the best solutions and decide the best content, creative, and personalization strategies to market our solutions, expertise, and products Understand digital, social, and mobile marketing trends, utilize industry best-practices to create and enhance our campaigns to create best-in-class engagement campaigns Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience in the strategic aspects of Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, B2B demand generation, and Sales Enablement Hands on experience with Eloqua and experience with architecting and designing campaigns and developing lead nurture and demand generation campaigns Strong understanding of Eloqua. Other SaaS platforms such as Marketing Automation (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Sales Enablement (Salesforce, Seismic, Hubspot), and Digital (Adobe Experience platform) encouraged. Understands marketing, sales, customer/client experience domains and best practices Savvy about the business of Deloitte and technology, and effectively interacts with/influences business leaders Proven track record to support technology and functional driven programs, deliver on commitments and achieve operational excellence Awareness of current technology capabilities, trends and innovation opportunities Strong personal leadership and communication abilities – while empowering others to grow and deliver results Ability to communicate a clear vision and priorities Understanding of how people, process and technology drive opportunities while managing costs to ensure consistent performance with a focus on continuous improvement Bachelor’s degree required Must be legally authorized to working in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
