MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR , Center for Transportation & Logistics (CTL) , to perform communication, marketing, and promotions activities for CTL. Will work closely with the Supply Chain Management Program, SCALE Network, Micro Master’s Program, Supply Chain Exchange Program, and CTL director and researchers to support marketing and communication goals for educational programs, research initiatives, and corporate partnerships. Responsibilities will include acting as digital marketing and social media coordinator and contributing to all external marketing, advertising, public relations, messaging, and promotion for CTL programs, products, and researchers. Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; at least one year of related experience as a digital and social media marketing generalist, including experience creating and managing text and display ads on paid search and social media platforms; high-level proficiency using technology tools to manage, track, and report on marketing efforts; high-level proficiency with MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat); comfort using and creating content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram); high-level proficiency using web content management, analytics, and dashboard tools (e.g., Drupal 8, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or Tableau); excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and proofreading skills. Must be able to multitask and juggle multiple requests simultaneously and work effectively with a wide range of employees at all levels, researchers, students, and faculty. PREFERRED : experience with enrollment marketing and lead generation for graduate programs, search engine optimization and content accessibility practices, and web accessibility guidelines; proficiency managing web content with Drupal 8, WordPress, HTML, and CSS; proficiency with Zoom, WebEx, and MailChimp; and familiarity with Salesforce.
