The Marketing Analyst is responsible for delivering insightful marketing analytics to optimize our marketing investments and accelerate our growth. Your analytics capabilities will help our marketing team optimize where and how we deploy our resources to better connect with prospects and current customers and will drive marketing efficiencies through data-driven decisions and automation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Work with marketing team to identify campaign objectives and KPIs, and then measure and report on campaign performance. Help optimize campaign performance across channels and customer segments.  Create and execute automated marketing channel performance dashboards, using data and analytics to measure marketing ROI. Generate custom reports upon request. Develop, execute, and document methodologies for measuring and predicting the success of digital initiatives using sales, media, research, and customer data. Work with platform team to optimize website tracking and analytics to build our knowledge of and deliver an optimal experience to our users.   Work closely with Data & Analytics team to enhance and acquire customer data to build a 360-degree view of the customer, and to optimize accessibility of data for marketing analytics through the data exchange. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: This is a newly defined role in a growing organization. The ideal candidate is driven by curiosity, can collaborate with diverse stakeholders and navigate through sometimes undefined roles and responsibilities with different teams Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with an ability to analyze and interpret complex sets of data to drive marketing decisions Ability to manage KPIs and marketing metrics, determining & tracking relevant KPIs for different campaigns or initiatives, create campaign forecasts, and recommend campaign tactics   Skilled at using data to “tell a story;” to present a cohesive and actionable narrative, through data and compelling data visualizations.
