Dallas, Texas, Position Summary As part of the Tenet Strategic Marketing Group (TSMG), the Manager, Web Strategy & Multichannel Marketing will be responsible for efficiently maintaining an essential element of the patient experience: a mobile-first website and related online resources for each of Tenetâ??s 50 hospital brands. This key position will lead best-practice web development to drive the optimal performance of approximately 50 large hospital/health care system websites with more than 20,000 web pages, including, but not limited to, hundreds of related marketing campaign landing pages and hundreds of related online tools for activities such as event registration, live webinar display, and health risk assessments. S/he will also be an integral part of the teamâ??s effort to provide excellent service to healthcare marketers on a daily basis, with highly efficient creation, update and analysis of web content as requested. Reporting to the Web & Multichannel Marketing Director, the Manager, Web Strategy & Multichannel Marketing will work with web team members, multichannel marketing team members, the Tenet IT department, and third-party service providers to identify and execute enhancements in the most cost-efficient and timely way possible. He or she will also champion innovative web and digital solutions to create delightful convenience for our patients, prospective patients and caregivers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Code website features and content as needed, and provide advice to developers on web development best practices (Sitefinity Multisite CMS capabilities, HTML, javascript, HTML5) Recommend solutions for web IT team to ensure efficient execution of web platform feature updates and integration of third-party tools Regularly review and drive updates to web properties to ensure adherence to high standards of quality, ethics, and legal compliance (including HIPAA and ADA) Partner with Creative, Content, Marketing Automation and IT functions to make all online and related touchpoints more engaging, higher performing, more efficient â?? taking aggressive advantage of existing tools at hand Evaluate and recommend new consumer engagement tools, and manage their security review process (including web, marketing automation, and digital solutions) Proactively ensure all assets maintain the highest standards of quality, ethics, and legal compliance including adherence to Tenetâ??s MARS (Marketing Advertising Review System) guidelines Ensure seamless, multi-channel user experience and tracking between our marketing assets and web properties Maintain a high performing Google Lighthouse score and efficient page speed for all sites Provide Google Analytics, related reports, and proactive insights & recommendations on as-needed basis to decision team and hospital marketers Manage campaign tracking and related data collection Administration and Team Management Manage vendors and/or junior team members as needed Help manage workload for off-shore UI/UX team Mentor team members and stakeholders in best practices from tests, analysis and research Maintain ticket management and status reporting system efficiently #LI-JS3 Qualifications: Qualifications Education/Experience Bachelorâ??s Degree preferred (ideally in Web Development, Marketing, or Digital Marketing) 5 years related experience Advanced experience with campaign tracking and UTMs At least 2 yearsâ?? experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, with Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) preferred Technical understanding of CSS, HTML, HTML5, .Net, JavaScript, jQuery Experience with a CMS ,Marketing Automation system, CRM, and social platforms; SiteFinity and Marketo experience preferred Fluent knowledge of current SEO practices Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop or image editing software Technical understanding of API interfaces and data processing automation preferred.
