Our client, a modern and forward thinking law firm, centrally located, have an opening for a Legal Secretary to join their busy, fast-paced Residential Conveyancing team. You will join an integral team of 4 legal secretaries supporting fee earners with mixed property caseloads, providing administrative support on conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post completion and assisting with the management of their day-to day workload. Duties include: Diary management including the arrangement of meetings, travel and calls effectively liaising with internal and external attendees. Building relationships with clients and internal contacts on behalf of the team. Regular assistance with meeting preparation on behalf of fee earners, including document location and drafting. Maintain and update client details and relevant information on the firm’s client relationship systems. You will be based in beautiful, corporate offices in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. Our client offer hybrid working, however flexibility will be required and your office working will be based around the needs of the fee earners and clients.
