VP Software Engineer to lead implementation of Digital Fraud Intake which will allow customer to self-service submission and servicing of fraud cases on their Credit card via both mobile and Chase.com. The solution leverages all the latest technologies (New Banking Architecture, Photon, Kafka, Cassandra, Hadoop deployed in Gaia. The solution will be deployed directly into the new data center as part of the initial rollout to all Chase Credit card customers. The solution will be expanded to have agent intake leveraging React and Manhatten Design Systems (MDS) as the new strategic UI Interface.
