If this sounds like an opportunity you would like to be part of, read on for a full breakdown… What you’ll be doing as an IT Recruitment Consultant All new recruits enter a dedicated induction and training program where they will be providing research assistance for a team of consultants, providing exposure to all aspects of the process, and familiarising you with the sector you’re servicing. Following completion of training, trainees will be promoted to running their own desk and developing their own portfolio of clients.
