London, United Kingdom, The Role: Contribute to S&P Ratings Top Line Revenue Growth by developing business-oriented strategic marketing plans in collaboration with key internal stakeholders (in particular Sales), overseeing plan execution, providing internal marketing thought leadership, and managing and developing talent. Key Responsibilities: Support the growth of S&P Ratings services and product revenues (in particular ESG and Sustainable Finance products) by developing business-specific marketing plans in collaboration with key stakeholders in the sales, product and analytical teams. Meeting on a regular, ongoing basis with key internal stakeholders within sales, product and analytical functions to understand their marketing needs and agree on priorities. Partner with S&P Enterprise & Brand Marketing and the other S&P Global divisions to align on marketing best practices and shared services and identify potential economies of scale from sharing of resources Influence the Ratings division’s Customer Experience initiatives and enables continued progress in the division’s NPS score Coordinate across the key regions – Americas, EMEA and APAC – to share best practices and deliver marketing excellence both locally and globally Oversee execution of the plan and manage a team of marketing resources focused on Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Customer Experience, Events Marketing and Marketing Metrics and KPIs. Public speaking skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels with an organization. Developed strategic influencing skills. Ability to coach, mentor and develop others Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $306,500.
