Southlake, Texas, The Executive Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing, reporting directly to the Vice President of Student Services, is responsible for spearheading the strategic direction of the Admissions, Student Financial Services, Registrar, and Marketing Departments. Position Specific Responsibilities Enrollment Management

Develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment management strategy.
Lead recruitment efforts for traditional, post-traditional, graduate, post-graduate, military veterans, and international students.
Lead the Strategic Enrollment Committee to optimize enrollment strategies.
Direct enrollment marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with university goals.
Conduct market research and provide bi-annual enrollment forecasts.
Stay informed about best practices in enrollment management and higher education.
Oversee the budgeting process for enrollment-related activities.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to university leadership.

Admissions

Analyze admission data in collaboration with the Director of Admissions to refine strategies.
Implement data-driven approaches to enhance admissions processes and outcomes.
Work with campus leaders to foster a recruitment, retention, and completion culture.
Advocate for the admissions role in achieving institutional objectives.

Marketing

Guide the Director of Marketing to ensure strategies align with university goals.
Monitor market trends and set key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
Oversee marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and support recruitment efforts.
Ensure marketing strategies are cohesive and support enrollment targets.
Communicate marketing performance and strategies to senior leadership.
Advocate for the marketing function’s contribution to institutional goals.

Student Financial Services

Provide strategic direction to the Student Financial Services team, including federal financial aid and student accounts.
Prepare and present reports on financial aid performance, trends, and key metrics to senior management.

Registrar

Provide strategic direction for the registrar’s office, covering enrollment services, student records management, and academic scheduling.
Lead, mentor, and manage the registrar’s team, promoting a collaborative environment.

University-Wide Responsibilities

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision to the Admissions, Student Financial Services, Registrar, and Marketing departments.

  QUALIFICATIONS Education:

Master’s degree in Administration, Organizational Leadership, Student Services or related field,  preferred.

Experience:

At least five years’ experience in higher education enrollment management including strategic planning, budgetary and personnel responsibilities, and program development.
At least five years of higher education enrollment management and/or student services with expertise in utilizing research and data to meet enrollment management goals.
Experience in marketing strategies preferred.

Competencies:

The ability to develop and implement initiatives that increase enrollment through recruitment and retention.
A proven track record of creating a climate of openness and mutual respect.
Clear and concise communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Strong technical skills that include experience working with student management systems and software.
The ability to interpret data and analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
The ability to develop, interpret and apply University policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
