Organization: Center for Patient and Professional Advocacy Job Summary: Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing and Educational Services to join our team at CPPA. This role will be instrumental in shaping our brand image and brand awareness, building and executing marketing campaigns and thought leadership efforts (via marketo), supporting and expanding our educational offerings, and driving strategic projects to optimize operations and support business growth. This role will lead a team of ~5 while also liaising with other marketing stakeholders (corporate marketing and Health Professional Solutions marketing). . Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for CPPA. Build and execute thought leadership collateral and campaigns using Marketo. Develop and maintain sales collateral, marketing materials, and other related items. Liaise with corporate marketing to ensure alignment with company-wide marketing strategies and processes . Lead and mentor a team of marketing and education professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives . Develop the team : inspire and motivate, set clear goals and expectations, provide ongoing feedback and coaching, and create a positive and collaborative work environment , i dentify and develop the strengths of each team member, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the education team, leading efforts to optimize operations, problem solve, and ensure that the team is able to effectively deliver educational resources to clients and ensures collaborative work between the team and the CPPA faculty and SMEs to create training and educational experiences . L ead optimization efforts, project managing these efforts from ideation to solution to implementation. Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop and test solutions, and implement changes that optimize the effectiveness and efficiency. Manage the internal operations of the education team, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated and that the team is able to deliver high-quality educational materials to internal stakeholders and clients. Oversee the development and production of educational resources, managing the team’s workload, and collaborating with other departments to ensure that the education team is aligned with the company’s overall strategy. Oversee the development of new training experiences , educational materials and modules that are designed based on client need or request. Manage and routinely analyze necessity of the education/ marketing technology tools utilized by the CP PA including ( Uniqode , Adobe Creative Cloud, MURAL , Zoom, Vimeo, LMS platform , Mentimeter , Slid esource , etc.,) Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing goals. In collaboration with other stakeholders, d evelop and constantly refine the company’s value proposition, ensuring that it is clear, compelling, and resonates with target audiences. Conduct market research, analyz e customer feedback, and collaborat e with internal stakeholders to refine the company’s messaging and positioning. Mana ge the production and maintenance of marketing collateral , including the CPPA website, webinars, introductory materials, white papers, case studies, and other resources that support the company’s marketing initiatives. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing goals, with a particular focus on managing the LinkedIn showcase page. Create and schedul e posts, respond to comments and messages, and monito r analytics to optimize content and engagement. Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure that the company’s messaging and branding are consistent across all channels and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that social media initiatives are aligned with the company’s overall strategy. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity and use this information to inform marketing strategy. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future initiatives. Lead and project manage various strategic marketing efforts (e.g., website redesign, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, or a related field. 8 + years of experience in marketing and educational services. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team. Experience building and executing thought leadership campaigns using Marketo. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive innovation. Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies is a plus.
