Plantation , Florida, The Director of Media & Campaign Strategy makes things happen. This job is for a forward thinker with a can-do attitude that is passionately committed to bringing digital success to Atlantis Paradise Island by executing a proactive and effective online and offline media strategy which maximizes revenue, enhances web presence, and increases direct bookings. This position is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions and must be able to work under pressure and on tight deadlines. They will work closely with marketing and revenue teams to identify key opportunities and need time-frames, and then build digital marketing strategies around them. 
Job Description

Runs point on the overall digital media strategy and planning, working with our agency partners to ensure the right media mix throughout the purchase funnel to build brand awareness while driving bookings and conversions
Has a focus on the mid and lower funnel executions and optimizations including Programmatic Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, SEM, mobile, video and Affiliate marketing, as well as TripAdvisor listings/media, Google My Business Listings and Meta Search sites
Helps manage the top funnel brand awareness advertising including TV
Has a strong knowledge of media segmentation, mosaics, and personalization strategies
Develop and manage our data-driven online media segmentation program to target and further drive revenue and ROI
Ensures proper tracking and tagging of all media on the website
Manages the digital media budget, drives ROI and provides analysis and timely reporting on performance and campaign effectiveness including recommendations and action items
Understands the entire digital media landscape and can evaluate media and negotiate prices
Lead the development of and oversee the execution of the campaign, media and overarching content plans/calendars
Communicate all promotions and campaigns to the Atlantis internal team members and departments including overviews and post campaign recaps
Stay current on emerging media channels, technologies and trends and recommend appropriate beta-tests
Oversees Media Campaign & Traffic Coordinator to ensure all media seamlessly flows from our creative agencies to the media buying agencies and internal teams
Efficiently and effectively manages day-to-day problems and communicates effectively in difficult and time sensitive situations
Has a creative mindset to help brainstorm and develop new creative approaches to campaigns, promotions, and media
Helps with website CMS updates as needed
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum 8 years of experience in online media, digital marketing strategy, social media, SEM and affiliate marketing in either a corporate or agency environment
Hospitality experience is a favorable and should have a passion for travel
Must have excellent analytic skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and work in teams, as well as ability to work independently; approachable, ability to work with limited supervision in a very dynamic environment
Be able to multitask and handle rapidly shifting priorities, short deadlines and must have the ability to be responsive under time pressure.
Possesses excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, as well as, has a strong eye for detail.
Enjoys being a leader and innovator in the digital landscape.
Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing or advertising desired
HSMAI Certified Hospitality Digital Marketing certification or equivalent is a plus
Required to have Google ads and Analytics certifications
