What you’ll be doing… Reporting directly to the regional Marketing Manager, you will work closely with country sales leaders and teams across APAC & EMEA to support and drive local sales activity. Collaboratively deliver high-impact customer communications and campaigns that lead to outcomes such as lead acquisition, sales conversion and customer loyalty. Provide a broad range of communications and marketing support to the organization using traditional media, including but not limited to sales collateral, direct mail, postcards, events, corporate communication and external media alerts. Work with central teams to deliver digital marketing, digital communications including daily management of social media channels, ensuring regular fresh and compelling content is published. Build relations with central marketing and leverage content generated in that area, as well as generate local content. Lead generation activities for the country market, develop skills to analyze best practice and most effective activities. Carry out research and analysis of new opportunities (e.g. events, association tie-ins, speaking engagements) as they arise. Provide project management and support for marketing campaign development and communications activities; working both independently on the development of marketing activities and provide support function to other marketing co-workers and the sales teams. Identify key goal, objective, or outcome of the marketing material and work to ensure that the marketing project delivers on these targets. Daily inbound (digital) lead generation -Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, eMarketing Manager and Marketing. Weekly and monthly reporting and administrative processing, Monitor salesforce.com (SFDC) reports on leads, sits and units sold – including bi-weekly, updates on conversion rates. What we’re looking for… You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Two or more years of experience in a lead generation marketing environment. Even better if you have the following: Ability to work in a fast paced company with clear sales targets. Communication skills. Strong experience in using CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Eloqua).
