Position Overview INARF is seeking an individual who has demonstrated competency in multi-tasking, high attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment to coordinate the communication and marketing initiatives for INARF and Ability Indiana. Bachelors’ degree and two years relatable experience are preferred.  Competitive salary and excellent benefits available.  Job Description In collaboration with the Member Services team, this position will provide support for multiple priorities related to the organizations’ initiatives. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of an overarching marketing and communications plan; develop and maintain tools and provide guidance (including staff training) to support effective implementation Implement communication plan strategies that ensure marketing and communication efforts are integrated, accurate, and relevant; strategies should establish organizational standards, promote effective use of technology, and use of calendars to coordinate timely marketing and communications distribution Coordinate the development, design, production, distribution, and timely delivery of content and communications, including: Publications and informational materials – annual report, newsletters, marketing materials Event promotional materials – annual conference, professional development opportunities, and special events Website management – webpage development and posting of ongoing communications Social media management Event registration Identify gaps and opportunities relative to marketing and communication activities; develop recommendations to address same Solicit partners for materials related to their sponsor and exhibitor benefits Provide staff support as assigned General Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the position while remaining organized to meet deadlines for long-term projects with collaborative transparency to the team. Provide timely, professional, effective, and accurate communication, verbally and in writing, to members, partners, and other stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service to meet INARF’s standards. Assist with the coordination and implementation of various special projects. Provide support, as needed or requested. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and two years relatable experience preferred. Experience with website management, including html coding. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and willingness to learn additional programs such as association management system, virtual meeting technology, and others as needed. Ability to be a self-directed, strategic thinking team member applying organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced collaborative environment, with a focus on achieving organization priorities.  Be available to conduct regular business either from the INARF office or from outside the office as defined in the Regular Work Week Expectations Policy. Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Be available for business travel as necessary. Adhere to the Association’s policies and procedures contained in the Employee Handbook.
