Maitland, Florida, The Chief Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for firm-wide activities related to the planning, development, and implementation of all of CP’s strategic sales and marketing leadership. Developing, analyzing sales, market, economic and other data, leading and overseeing the direction of firm-wide activities related to the planning, development, and implementation of all of CP’s strategic sales and marketing initiatives, communications, and leadership. This individual will run the operations and teams of the firm’s sales and marketing departments and coordinates at strategic and tactical levels with the other departments of the organization. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a minimum of 15 years management experience or a minimum of 20 years management experience within an architectural/ engineering firms’ sales or marketing departments. Oversees the sales, marketing, communications, and public relations efforts of the firm. Creates, implements, and measures the success of a comprehensive sales and marketing plan that will enhance the organization’s image and position within the marketplace. Ensures articulation of CP’s desired brand and industry position, assures consistent communication of image and position throughout the company, and assures communication of image and position to all others, both internal and external branding. Ensures articulation of strategic direction/message of firm’s short- and long-term goals and initiatives to departments and staff as appropriate. Responsible for editorial direction of all publications, collateral, advertisement, and website/social content. Responsible for overseeing public relations program designed to enhance image, exposure, and reach of the company and staff. Oversees conference, convention and industry association direction and involvement. Oversight of leads, proposal tracking and prospect management; direct and ensure follow-up efforts with prospects.
