As part of the Global Sales Team, the Channel Manager, Europe, represents the company as the key account manager and first point of contact in the UK & Europe, both at the distributor and key dealer level, and is responsible for the management of the allocated customers, including budget setting, achievement of sales goals and targets, and team development in the region as needed. Your responsibilities will include : Develop and execute the sales strategy for Europe in conjunction with the executive leadership based in Australia and abroad. Lead target setting and planning processes for the UK and European distributors and dealers (e.g., forecasts, periodic reviews, annual budgets, and long-range plans). Contribute to the development of effective product launch strategies in the UK & Europe Travel regularly to territories throughout the UK & Europe to represent the brand, conduct product training and gather market intelligence. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing distributors and key retail partners. Work with the Global Head of Sales and the marketing team on the management of the Amazon EU and UK presence, attending weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings as required. Work with RØDE leadership to review and align on planned activities, scheduling, and appropriate budgeting. Oversee the onboarding of new key distributors and partners across the region. Attendance at monthly and quarterly business development reviews with all distribution partners in the region. Support key retail accounts in the preparation and planning of product launch campaigns and activities to ensure successful execution of brand-led campaigns. Work with the distributor and retailer network on the optimal deployment of branded assets, product listing content and trade marketing campaigns to maximise visibility across retail platforms Lead the preparation of presentations, reports and studies for the allocated territory to aid in senior management decision making Participate in trade shows, conventions and dealer training events. Utilise experience to coach and or mentor other team members. Create positive awareness of the RØDE business within the entertainment industry. You will require the following skills and experience to be successful: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated Sales or Account management experience. 5 years of sales experience in the Pro Audio or video Industry Proven ability to utilise sales and market metrics to inform the development of the regional growth strategy In depth knowledge and understanding of the sales and marketing process within the pro audio and video industry Practical knowledge in the Pro Audio or Video space e.g studio recording, professional video. Strong business sense with good negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the capacity to work in a remote environment effectively Strong customer focus Team leadership and development experience.
