This is a new business role that will require creativity and thinking outside of the box to engage with salons. The areas you will cover will be the W, UB and RG postcodes. You will need to plan your approach to your territory to ensure you make the most out of your day and get round to as many salons as you can. My client has a range of products from hair colours, treatments to stylist tools. Requirements for the Business Development Manager role: 2 Years B2B field sales experience An interest in haircare and hair products Be able to organise and map out territories Proven track record in new business The company the Business Development Manager will be joining: My client is a family-owned Irish business. They focus heavily on their clients and ensuring they are satisfied. They thoroughly educate each salon on products and the best way to use them (this is also done on an ongoing basis) which makes them unique in the industry. Package on offer for the Business Development Manager: Basic Up to 40k DOE 3% commission paid on revenue (paid monthly) 20 days annual leave Bank Holidays Fully expensed petrol hybrid car fuel card Pension, mobile and laptop Location of the Business Development Manager: With the patch covering W, UB and RG postcodes, you will need to be living on patch and happy to cover all of the above areas.
