These patients with IgA Nephropathy (IgAN), C3 Glomerulopathy (C3G), atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (aHUS), and Membranous Nephropathy (MN) are often young, and the impacts of the diseases can be devastating, taking a toll on both the body and our healthcare system. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategy and tactics for complement driven renal disease (CDRD) indications as well as disease state education (DSE) initiatives designed to address critical unmet HCP needs. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *Contributes to the development of brand strategy, leads implementation and execution of complement driven renal disease (CDRD) indications brand strategy, marketing mix and operational plans for all HCP promotion *Co-develop the HCP disease state education (DSE) campaign and promotional mix *Contribute to lifecycle management (LCM) strategy and planning *Develop HCP omnichannel strategy and coordinate with digital marketing lead to ensure optimal non-personal ecosystem *Collaborate with key cross-functional partners to ensure aligned brand execution across all functions and support brand planning process including development of tactical plans and associated budget *Collaborate with customer facing teams and act as brand steward ensuring brand strategy and positioning are at the center of all branded efforts *Use market research and analytics to ensure data-driven decision-making in support of strategy *Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory and Compliance to execute brand tactics efficiently and compliantly *Ensures alignment to, compliance with, and ownership of all NPC policies, including the Code of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations. *Lead HCP agency of record and supporting vendor relationships with budget of $6M USD
