Here at REED in Crawley we are supporting a key client with a number of roles within their organisation. The role itself will be within their Shared Service Centre. Duties to include: Processing different types of applications, licenses and permits. Dealing with telephone queries both incoming and outgoing. Managing emails and team inboxes Providing excellent customer service to and customers and clients Perform other duties as required from time to time as requested by line manager. You need to be a great team player and be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. An assessment centre will be held week commencing 27th June 2022. The assessment will involve a 90 minute interview process on site. If you are successful, offers of employment are subject to high compliance vetting which means start dates can be 4- 8 weeks after offer. Paying 22,500 per annum Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Flexible working with the option to work from home Overtime available at weekends during busy periods.
