Chorus Aviation Inc
About the Company
There’s music in the air; Chorus Aviation’s Jazz Air, that is. Chorus is the holding company of Jazz Air, Canada’s largest provider of scheduled regional passenger airline services, serving some 55 destinations in Canada and 25 destinations in the US. Jazz operates the majority of its fleet of 127 regional aircraft on behalf of Air Canada through a Capacity Purchase Agreement. (In essence, Air Canada purchases Jazz’s fleet capacity at predetermined rates.) The fleet consists of 42 regional jets and 85 turboprop aircraft. Formed in 2010, Chorus Aviation acquired the assets of Jazz Air LP that same year.
